New Half-Day Format for 2024

• 8:30 – 9:00 Registration, Continental Breakfast, and Workshop Overview

• 9:00 – 10:15 Session One

• 10:15 – 10:30 Break and Snacks

• 10:30 – 11:45 Session Two

• 11:45 – 12:00 Wrap-up and close

Open to members of all “S” Groups. Because of the new format, NO PRE-REGISTRATIONS WILL BE NEEDED. $10.00 suggested donation will be collected at the door and includes:

• Continental Breakfast

• Refreshments

• All Materials

Food Is Served From 12:30 – 1:30 (Rain or Shine!)

This event is open to the members of all S-Groups and their guests who are 18 years of age or older. We have exclusive use of the picnic facility for the day. No children will be present.

ADMISSION IS FREE!!! IISAA Intergroup will provide hamburgers, hot dogs and BARBEQUE SMOKED PULLED PORK, tableware, and drinks (water and soda). You are asked to bring a covered dish that will feed six. This is an alcohol-free event.

Modern restrooms are available. You may want to bring a lawn chair. The picnic tables are covered so come rain or shine!!

Activities:

• Bocce Ball (Supplied By Mike C.)

• Frisbee, Football, Baseball Tossing (bring your own glove & ball )

• Horseshoe Pitching, Poker, Bad Jokes, Trash Talk, Fellowship & More !!
